The information related to the product purchase is limited to those contained in this section of the site and in the Terms and conditions of Product Sales section. Any additional or different information delivered by you in any form are deemed to be alterations of those contained herein.

Important Information about the Site

iTPROMO is the first e-commerce site for IT&C products in Romania which targets the SMB market primarily. iTPROMO represents the e-commerce department of VERASYS Intl. iTPROMO offers adequate solutions to each client, together with the widest range of IT&C products in Romania (191.919 products), from more than 301 manufacturers via subsidiaries and official distributors in Romania.

Online Order

iTPROMO targets juridical persons exclusively, either state-owned or private, whose purchase method is based on electronic orders (online, email, fax) according to the offers displayed on the site.
All IT&C products on the site are available.
The clients will be priorly notified in case the products are reserved, about to be received or not immediately available. There may be cases when the products are delivered only on special order.

There are three distinct ways to order online. For further details, please visit How to Order. VERASYS does not take verbally transmitted orders or telephone orders. For orders between 1500 RON and 10.000 RON you may order online directly from the site or via e-mail at sales@itpromo.ro. For orders over 10.000 RON we recommend you to contact us by phone at 210.91.11 or by fax at 210.90.11.

Whenever you send and e-mail, make sure you mention the name, the code/price of the product, in order to avoid confusion caused by similar names (for example, the video cards and the memory devices have similar names). The proforma invoice is issued before shipping the products. In the proforma all the identification data of the products are mentioned (code, name, quantity, price). The products are delivered after you accept the proforma invoice. This is why we ask you to check the data on the proforma.

The online orders are taken by the Inside Sales department of VERASYS Intl. The ways to answer orders submitted in electronic form differ from the sale methods applied in stores (retail). The e-commerce has specific rules which do not coincinde with the purchase methods applied in specialized stores. The commercial conditions, the terms and the delivery method differ among the two types of commerce.

Payment

Payment is done via banking transfer based on the proforma issued after you place an order. Other commercial terms and conditions can be establish by virtue of a contract following a request for a product offer received from you, the maximum period being of 30 days.
For the products which have a larger delivery period (30 days maximum), paying between 10% and 30% of the total value of the order is necessary for order confirmation.

The fiscal invoice and the warranty certificates are printed after you accept the proforma and they accompany the products upon delivery. The fiscal invoice contains the same data as those printed on the proforma (client data, products, prices).

Warranty / Service

All products on the Verasys iTPROMO site have the manufacturer's warranty. In case the warranty is not specified, it is granted for minumum 12 months, according to the law.
Service for products on the iTPROMO/VERASYS site is done by the manufacturer and the service centers authorized by the manufacturer.
iTPROMO/VERASYS offers advice on choosing the products and gives all the information that the manufacturer offered. For additional information or specifications which are not displayed on the iTPROMO/VERASYS site, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer.

Damaged Products / Return Policy

Damaged products will be collected by a carrier following a notification received from you; the shipping charges will be paid by iTPROMO/VERASYS.

The buyer has the right to notify the commerciant that the buyer renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days from the reception of the product or, in case of performance of services, since the closing of the contract - according to Law nr. 365 / 2002 and decree nr.130/2000.

Return conditions require that:

a.) the original package and the accessories be undamaged and complete;
b.) the client fills in an electronic form which will be sent to sales@itpromo.ro;
c.) the client ships the products via carrier to VERASYS Bucharest;

VERASYS receives the product, issues the return invoice, sends it to the client and returns the money.

Delivery

The shipping of the ordered products is done anywhere in Romania via carrier or own logistics in case of certain orders. The delivery period for the immediately available products ranges between 24 and 48 hours. Deliveries are made in all working days, except for Sunday.
